Preparation of vanilla pudding:
1. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp.

2. Seperate the eggs. Mix egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla pod pulp and milk in a pot. Add the rest of the vanilla pod.


3. Simmer the mass on low temperature stirring constantly until it becomes thicker. Attention: Don’t let the blancmange mass boil.

4. Take the pot away from the stove and let the mass cool down until it is handwarm.
5. Beat the eggwhites and salt with a mixer until they are stiff.
6. Take the rest of the vanilla pod out of the pot and fold in the stiff eggwhites.

7. Fill the vanilla pudding mass in a bowl and let it cool down in ther fridge.
8. Enjoy your vanilla pudding and please recommend the vanilla pudding recipe to your friends.
