Cheesecake recipe for 4 to 6 servings

For the Cheesecake dough:

3 eggs
3 tbsp. water
90g sugar

100g flour
1 teasp. baking powder
60g starch flour

Cheesecake recipe

For the cheesecake stuffing:
juice of 1 lemon
pulp of a vanilla bean
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
450g farmer cheese
15g gelatin
230g whipped cream

Preparation of the cheesecake dough:

1. Mix eggs with water and sugar and beat it for 5-7 minutes until it is foamy.

100 g cornstarch
2 eggs
1 l cold milk
100 g sugar

Ingredients for 3-4 servings of German cherry pie aka Kirschenmichel
this cherry pie recipe:

500 g sweet cherries (canned or fresh)
150 g farina (out of soft wheat)
2 eggs

250 ml milk

0,5 teasp. oil of bitter almonds

1 vanilla pod
60 g butter
125 g sugar
125 g flour
3 tbsp. baking powder

Preparation of the german cherry pie recipe:

1. Mix sugar, butter, pulp of a vanilla pod, eggs and the oil of bitter almonds in a mixing bowl until the substance becomes a little bit foamy.

1/2 vanilla pod
45 g cornstarch
2 eggs
pinch of salt
500ml cold milk
70 g sugar
1-2 tbsp. butter
