Recipe for chicken breast with peaches and pasta
for 4 to 6 servings:

Ingredients:
250 g canned peaches
2 tbsp. sunflower oil

500 g boneless chicken breast
3 midsize Onions
1 teasp. flour
3 tbsp. juice out of the can of peaches
350 g vegetable stock
450 g frozen peas
500 g Pasta like Fussilli, al dente
2 teasp. curry powder

Recipe for chicken breast with peaches and pasta 

Preparation of this recipe for chicken breast with peaches and pasta:

1. Cut the chicken breast in to fine stripes.

Onion tart or German Zwiebelkuchen

Recipe Ingredients for 3-4 servings
of onion tart or german Zwiebelkuchen:

for the dough:
250 g flour
100 ml milk

pinch of sugar
1 teasp. of salt

20 g yeast
20 g sunflower oil

 



for the filling of the onion tart or Zwiebelkuchen:
500-600 g onions
200 ml cream
250 g curd cheese, light
1 teasp. ground caraway
3 teasp. salt
1-2 teasp. ground pepper
100 g grated gouda cheese
2-3 teasp. chopped parsley

This baking recipe is a variation of the typical german Zwiebelkuchen or onion tart. Once we had forgotten to buy ham Kristin just left it out.

Preparation of this traditional german onion tarte recipe:

1. Make a soft yeast dough out flour, milk, yeast, sugar, sunflower oil.

Spaetzle

Ingredients for spaetzle:

600 g flourSpaetzle
5 eggs
50 ml sunflower oil
300 ml water
1 tbsp. salt

Preparation of spaetzle:

1. Mix the ingredients to a fine and light fluid dough that can slowly through the holes of the spaetzle maker.

Beef with horseradish paste

Ingredients:

600 g topside beef
1 midsize onion
250g carrots
4 tbsp. horseradish paste
enough salt and pepper
250 ml beef stock
1oo ml cream

enough cornstarch until the gravy becomes thick enough
lingonberry jam (or cranberry jam) optional
1 teasp. sunflower oil

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion into fine dices, cut the cleaned carrots in fine slices and fry both in a deep pan.

Stir-fried Bell pepper with rice

Ingredients for 3 servings of Paprikagemüse (in german):

3 midsize red bell peppers
400 g ground chuck (ground beef)
250 g rice grains (dry, peeled, parboiled or not)
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 tbsp. sunflower oil
1tbsp. tomato puree

Preperation:

1. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into thin slices (0,5 mm is ideal).

2. Start boiling the rice. Oil a pan with the sunflower oil and sear the ground beef.
