Ingredients for 3-4 servings for
this salad recipe:
1 small lollo bianco (or e.g. lettuce)
1 orange
1,5 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. walnut oil
1 tbsp. olive oil

How to prepare this salad recipe?

5 waxy big potatoes
1 kohlrabi

1 l vegetable stock
2 small onions

Ingredients for 2 servings roast duck:
2 duck breasts (about 300 g)
200 ml red wineRoasting duck recipe
1 piece of star anice
salt and pepper optional
200 g shallots
200 g snow peas
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. sugar
6 small and young pears (canned)

Preparation ( inclusive: A how to on roasting duck.):
1. Cut squares in the skin of the duck breasts of about  1 cm².  Roast the duck breasts on medium temperature in an oiled pan for 6 minutes on the skin then for one minute on the other side.

Ingredients for 3 servings of arugula salad with pears:Arugula Salad with Pears

250 g fresh arugula aka rocket or roquette
100 g Gouda Cheese from the netherlands
3 sweet midsize pears
150g fine diced ham

1 tbsp. fine balsamico vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil extra vergine
juice of a half lemon

Preparation of this arugula salad recipe:
1. Wash the arugula leaves, peel and pit the pears then cut them into fine slices. Coat the sliced pears with the lemon juice.
