Ingredients for 2-3 servings of Chocolate cheese cake:Chocolate cheese cake
Dough:
1 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
90 g margarine
90 g sugar

260 g flour
1 tbsp. baking powder

Topping for the Chocolate cheese cake:
60 g starch flour
50 g margarine
2 eggs
4 tbsp. vanilla sugar
600g farmer cheese

Preparation of the Chocolate cheese cake  base dough:
1. Knead the ingredients to a smooth cake dough. Put the paste for 30 minutes in the fridge.

100 g butter
1 egg
200 g flour
75 g sugar
2 teasp. vanilla sugar
1 teasp. baking powder

Ingredients for the sour creme cake filling:
300 g marinated tangerines
500 ml milk
74 g custard powder vanilla
150 g sugar
pinch of salt
400 g sour creme

Preparation of the sour creme cake dough:

1. Fill  the flour in a mixing bowl add the other ingredients and mix it to a fine dough.

180 g margarine
150 g sugar
4 tbsp. vanilla sugar
4 eggs
300 g flour
2 teasp. baking powder

250ml milk
2 teasp. oil
5 midsize apples

As far as german food is concerned apple pie is a quite popular and wide spread dessert in Germany. You can find it all over the german territory in all regional german cuisines.

In case you are looking for an easy german apple pie recipe you have found one here. We like to have our apple pie as a dessert with fresh cream, a nice coffee or tea. To make your own apple pie to us is not comparable to what you can buy frozen from your supermarket so we decided for us to use only regional apples or our own harvest.

We have a lot of rural places in our part of Germany¬† – and of course in the rest of Germany – where you can even collect apples and other fruits for free from “wild” trees. Maps where to find which fruits can be found on the internet.

Preparation of our german fast apple pie:

1. Stir margarine, vanilla sugar and sugar until the mixture is creamy. Fold in the eggs bit by bit.
