    Goulash for 2-3 persons

    500 g marbled pork cutlet

    1 tbsp. oil
    2 red bell peppers
    1 midsize onion
    salt and pepper optional
    750 g Vegetable stock
    150ml sour cream
    corn starch & water optional

    Preparation of goulash:

    1. Oil a pan. Sear the fine diced onion and the pork. (Some may like their goulash with bigger pieces of onion)
    Season with salt and pepper.


    2. Add the chunky diced red peppers and the broth as base for the goulash flavor.
    3. Simmer the goulash on low temperature for 1 1/2 hours.


    4. Adjoin the cream and optional the corn starch if the goulash is still too liquid.


    5. If necessary: flavour the goulash again with salt and pepper.

    6. Enjoy your goulash with friends and/or family.


     


    Goulash can be served with:
    Spirelli noodles
    boiled potatoes
    boiled rice
