    Ingredients for 12 servings of fast apple pie:

    180 g margarine
    150 g sugar
    4 tbsp. vanilla sugar
    4 eggs
    300 g flour
    2 teasp. baking powder

    250ml milk
    2 teasp. oil
    5 midsize apples

    As far as german food is concerned apple pie is a quite popular and wide spread dessert in Germany. You can find it all over the german territory in all regional german cuisines.

    In case you are looking for an easy german apple pie recipe you have found one here. We like to have our apple pie as a dessert with fresh cream, a nice coffee or tea. To make your own apple pie to us is not comparable to what you can buy frozen from your supermarket so we decided for us to use only regional apples or our own harvest.

    We have a lot of rural places in our part of Germany  – and of course in the rest of Germany – where you can even collect apples and other fruits for free from “wild” trees. Maps where to find which fruits can be found on the internet.

    Preparation of our german fast apple pie:

    1. Stir margarine, vanilla sugar and sugar until the mixture is creamy. Fold in the eggs bit by bit.

    2. Mix flour with baking powder and milk and fold it into the egg-sugar mixture.

    3. Oil a baking tray and lay the dough on it.

    4. Peel the apples, cut them into dices and arrange these dices on the dough.

    5. Preheat the fan-oven on 160°C. Place the baking sheet on the middle position of the oven for about 20-25 minutes.

    6. Serve the fast apple pie

    Cream
    coffee
    tea
    lemonade
