Ingredients for 2-3 servings of Chocolate cheese cake:
Dough:
1 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
90 g margarine
90 g sugar

260 g flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
Topping for the Chocolate cheese cake:
60 g starch flour
50 g margarine
2 eggs
4 tbsp. vanilla sugar
600g farmer cheese
Preparation of the Chocolate cheese cake base dough:
1. Knead the ingredients to a smooth cake dough. Put the paste for 30 minutes in the fridge.
2. Place 3/4 of the dough into a springform pan and knead it to a cake base with 3cm high outer margin.
Preparation of the topping for Chocolate cheese cake:
3. Melt the margarine and separate the eggs. Beat the eagswhites until they are stiff.
4. Mix yolks, margarine, sugar and beat it for 5-7 minutes until the mixture is foamy. Stir the mixture with farmer cheese and the starch flour.
5. Now carefully fold in the egg foam and fill the topping into the springform pan.
6. Disrupt the rest of the dough into small peaces and place them onto the topping.
7. Preheat the fan-oven on 160°C. Place the cake on the middle position of the oven for about 50-60 minutes.
8. Serve a piece of tasty Chocolate cheese cake.

Great Chocolat Cheese cake !
Ce gâteau à l’air vraiment bon. Je mangerai bien ce gâteau au chocolat avec du Lait au noisette. Miam !
