Ingredients for 5-6 yeast dumplings
500 g flour
enough yeast (Germany 42 g)
2 eggs
375 ml milk
pinch of salt
50 g butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Preparation of yeast dough and dumplings:
1. Mix out of 250 ml handwarm milk, yeast, flour, sugar, salt and yeast the yeast dough.
2. Then let the yeast dough rise for about 40 minutes.

Ingredients for 2-3 servings of cannelonis
1,35 kg cream spinach (frozen)
150 g cream cheese (optional with herbs)
500 g farmer cheese
20-25 canneloni (dried)
1 teasp. salt
0,5 teasp. paprika
150-200 g grated gouda (cheese)
1 egg

Preparation of the canneloni recipe:
1. Unfreeze the spinach in a casserole dish and arrange it even on the bottom of the casserole to get a nice structured canneloni casserole.

Meatballs for 2-3 servings
greens: 1 carrot, celery root, leek
500 g beef ground chuck
salt and pepper
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
30 g capers
juice of a half lemon

Preparation of Koenigsberger meatballs:
1. Wash the greens, cut them into dices and fill them in a pot with about 1 liter water. Flavour the beef ground chuck with salt and pepper and form balls in tennis ball size.

Ingredients for 2-3 servings of Chocolate cheese cake:
Dough:
1 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
90 g margarine
90 g sugar

260 g flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
Topping for the Chocolate cheese cake:
60 g starch flour
50 g margarine
2 eggs
4 tbsp. vanilla sugar
600g farmer cheese
Preparation of the Chocolate cheese cake base dough:
1. Knead the ingredients to a smooth cake dough. Put the paste for 30 minutes in the fridge.

300 g marinated tangerines
500 ml milk
74 g custard powder vanilla
150 g sugar
pinch of salt
400 g sour creme
Preparation of the sour creme cake dough:
1. Fill the flour in a mixing bowl add the other ingredients and mix it to a fine dough.
